A structured Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) program covered by Island Health.
The Cognito Health Program through Island Health is an online structured CBT Program where clients will work with a CBT Provider to develop skills and tools to manage their mild to moderate anxiety and depression. During the structured program, patients will gain insight into the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. The program is designed for anxiety, depression, and insomnia. It is now fully covered by Island health Authority (if referred by MHSU). Get referred through a local Mental Health & Substance Use Intake Centre. The program provides sessions twice a month for 6 months (12 sessions) free to all Vancouver Island Residents.
