Crisis Response, Community Led (CRCL)

A mobile community-led crisis response service designed to support people who are experiencing a mental health or substance-use crisis.
AVI's mobile crisis response teams serve the following areas:
- Victoria: Services are available between 7:30am and 12:30am, 7 days/week.
- Comox Valley: Services are available between 7:30am and 5:30pm, Monday through Friday, as well as Saturday and Sunday, from 10:30am to 5:30pm
CRCL Victoria is a Peer Assisted Care Team Model operated by AVI Health and Community Services, providing care on the territories of the Lək̓ʷəŋən peoples, the Songhees and Xwsepsum Nations, and the WSÁNEĆ Nations.
The CRCL Team includes both individuals with lived/living experience, and mental health professionals. It focuses on health, well-being, and community support. If you or someone you know is experiencing a crisis, you can reach the CRCL Team in your area by contacting the numbers listed below.
